Once your package has been sent out, Her Beauty Bar is not responsible for your package once in Postal facility. It is Canada Posts / USPS job to deliver your package. Her Beauty Bar is not responsible for any stolen/broken into packages that have been marked as shipped from the shipping company.

WRONG ADDRESS - The customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact USPS or Canada Post if you are in Canada.

DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package. WE DO NOT REFUND OR COMPENSATE FOR ORDERS WITH A DELIVERED STATUS FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

INVALID ADDRESS - If your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email , text message to get the correct address. If there’s no response, you will be refunded within 2 business days.

If your package is returned to Her Beauty Bar due to invalid address your order will be refunded - not shipping cost. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping if they would like the items re sent, unless the mistake is made by Her Beauty Bar.

Due to the nature of our feminine products, we prioritize the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers. Once a product has been purchased and received, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at Hbb101@yahoo.com If the item(s) that you received is not what you ordered, please reach out to us via email and provide a photo of the product(s) received as well as your order number. Once it is confirmed that the wrong item was received, we will provide you with the correct item(s).
You MUST notify us within 3 days of your product being delivered if there is an issue with your package.We do not provide refunds for gift cards for any reason. All gift card sales are final.
